As part of the private chef package, guests can choose between buffet-style or plated 3-4 course meals.
Plated meals consist of an amuse-bouche, appetizer, main course, and dessert, while a buffet-style dinner includes a starter, two savoury dishes (meat, seafood, or fish), two sides, and two vegetables or salads.
